Texas Touted Removing 1 Million From Voter Rolls. Most Had Moved or Died.

Gov. Greg Abbott celebrated a purge of voter rolls, but the numbers were in line with routine culling from the past. Democrats warned that some of the removals sent a chilling message to Latino voters.
